Sample Itinerary:

  • BREAKFAST Wake up and prepare for the day- Students can enjoy a mixed fruit salad, bagels and cream cheese, juice, tea, and milk.

  • OUTING-University Tour: We will travel to Niagara College and have a tour around campus. We will meet a professor and have a discussion about the university, teaching styles, and what to expect as a new student.

  • LUNCH- Niagara-on-the-lake: We will have lunch at Niagara-on-the-lake and then head to Fort George where we will learn about the historical site and the battle that took place there.

  • Horse and buggy tour: We will continue our tour of Niagara-on-the-lake by horse and buggy and stop at some famous stores that sell Canadian delicacies.

  • OUTSIDE ACTIVITY- Hockey or Lacrosse Game: We will head downtown to enjoy a Canadian hockey or lacrosse game.

  • DINNER- LASAGNA: The students will all sit at the large table in the living room and enjoy lasagna, potato salad, buns, and veggies.

3. Cooking courses, western style cooking and buying items at supermarkets

4. College tours and learning how to apply for classes and universities

5. How to look for housing and flatmates

Sending Handwritten Mail

All students will be given example letters and have time throughout the trip to write their own letter to either themselves or someone else from Canada. 

They will be responsible for putting on the stamp and posting it properly in the Canadian box to their home country!
